| Station | Determines the distance along the road. |
| Skew | Determines the angle of culvert (were 0 degree is perpendicular). |
| Thickness | Defines the thickness of the pipe or box culvert wall. |
| Shape | Determines the shape of the culvert: Circular or Box |
| Start Invert Elev. | Defines the start invert elevation. |
| Stop Invert Elev. | Defines the stop invert elevation. |
| Diameter | Determines the culvert diameter. |
